This is a great bag for business women that want to look sharp! There are various internal pockets with nice lining. It's great that you can detach/unzip and carry it. When the wheels are on, it's a bit heavier than I would prefer. That is the only reason I am removing a star.

This bag would have been great if McKlein stood behind it's claims and honored it's warranties without a great deal of hassle. Their customer service is terrible! The buckle fell off of my first bag within 6 months (yes, I said first, I am on bag number 2 now). McKlein kicked and screamed for months and finally sent me a new buckle which fell off a second time. After more kicking and screaming and more months of negotiation, they finally agreed to repair the bag. The repair was so shotty I couldn't believe it! They tore through the inside of the bag to replace the buckle and did not repair the tear once the repair was complete--instead, they put this little sticker of flimsy black leather over the tear, which peeled off within a week. I can be very convincing :-) and so I threatened to report them to the BBB and blog about this everywhere (there are plenty of people on the web who don't like McKlein or their service) and they finally agreed to replace the bag for me. At that point it was about a year of owning the bag...It took 6 months to go through this process. I was relieved and happy to have it all behind me and looking forward to the new bag. I got the new bag and in good faith sent back the old one. Within a month, the buckle on the second bag broke! At that point, I decided it wasn't worth another 6 month headache to try to get them to repair this "MADE IN AMERICA" bag. On a side note for those of you who care about such things, the bag may be made in America but the impression I got in dealing with the company was that they were not American owned. I did decide that whenever anyone made a comment about my bag (it's a cute bag and gets a lot of attention in lime green) that I would simply share this story and I have. McKlein will have to improve their quality and service before I would recommend this or any other bag they make. Such a shame that companies don't use their powers for good.

I scoured the internet for a rolling laptop bag in pink. When I found this I was over the moon, the fact that you can take the wheels off if you want to was an added bonus. But ..... when I received it I was very disappointed that it wasn't as roomy as you'd expect. My laptop does not fit in the sleeve, although it will still fit in the back section of the bag. I can barely fit in my folders from my old briefcase which left me with plenty of room even with them in. Also, the front latch has already come off, I have put it back on and seen that you should be able to tighten the screws with a small eyeglass type screwdriver. All in all, it's a very nice bag but for the price it's disappointing. If you squared the overall bag instead of having it rounded it would create more space. Also fix the latch - I have noticed numerous other comments about the latch coming off
